Limit 2 pets per apartment. 1st floor may have 3 pets per apartment.

All deposits and fees are per pet and due in full at move in .

Cats

$200.00 Refundable Deposit + $150.00 Non Refundable Fee

Indoor cats only please.

Dogs  

$250.00  Refundable Deposit + $250.00 Non Refundable Fee

$50.00 fee per month as "pet rent" for dogs over 30 lbs.

Up to 50 pounds full adult weight - requires pet interview.

Breed restrictions apply.

Other

Fish tanks and aquariums permitted.

Birds- Must be caged. Maximum of two.

Other Caged Animals, please inquire. Deposits and fees may apply.

No ferrets please!
